Pins are beginning to arrive to their new homes!

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to start off by apologizing for my lack of communication over these last couple of weeks. The Kickstarter rewards arrived to me a few weeks back and I immediately starting grading and shipping out rewards in order to have everything on the way to you guys before I took off for Anime North in Toronto. I realize now that I should have posted an update here before I began to ship things out to give you guys peace of mind on where your goodies were, and will do my best to be more communicative going forward.
There are still a few people who have not filled out their surveys over on Backerkit, if this is you, please do so asap so I can get your rewards out to you. If you cannot access your survey, please let me know so that I can send a new one to you.
If anyone has any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am always happy to help!
And thank you again to everyone who made these pins possible, I am already planning my next Kickstarter and can't wait to reveal more info on that in the near future!

Pin Production is Complete!

Thank you everyone for your patience! Pin production has finally completed and pins will be on their way to me soon. I expect for the pins to arrive around May 10th, then I will grade them and shipping to you will begin!
Backerkit has begun charging cards for shipping, please ensure your card and shipping information is up to date so I can get your rewards out promptly! There are still a handful of backers who have not filled out their surveys, if you are having trouble you can contact me through Kickstarter or email me at [email protected].
And finally, heres a sneak peek of the pins that my manu sent me, I think they turned out great!

A couple of reminders + recovery link for Backerkit survey!

Hi everyone, happy Tuesday!
Some people were having trouble accessing their Backerkit surveys so I have included a link to make things easier. If your survey got lost or just did not arrive in your email, you can recover it by using this link: https://magical-companions.backerkit.com/
Also, for early bird backers who wanted to add additional pins to their purchase and still get the early bird pricing, I have added a special add-on for you guys! You should see the enamel pins for a discounted price now when you are selecting add-ons to purchase.
One last thing, I just wanted to let everyone know that your cards will not be charged for shipping and add-ons until we get closer to production being complete, so if you were hesitant to fill out your surveys because you do not have available funds right now, do not worry! Cards will not be charged until early May when I expect production to be finished, and I will make sure to post a heads up before we charge cards. The surveys are sent out this early so that I can get a gauge for inventory needed for each reward.

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to pop by and let you all know that Backerkit surveys have now gone out so you should see one in your email that you used when pledging on Kickstarter. If you did not receive the survey and it is not in your junk mail let me know and I can send you the survey link.
I tested out the surveys so they should work okay, but if you have any issues at all please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I can help you get it all sorted.
I'll make sure to keep everyone here posted on the manufacturing process, but I also share a lot over on my instagram account: here!

Hi everyone!
I wanted to thank everyone again for helping to fund this project, I am so excited to see all of these pins and accessories come to life! Production has begun and I expect to have everything in hand to grade by the end of April. I'm just about ready to send Backerkit surveys out so you should see those arriving in your emails by early next week! You will be able to select your rewards and pay for shipping through Backerkit, as well as purchase any additional add-ons.
I have the Backerkit surveys set up so that you can purchase additional items that you might have missed out on in the Kickstarter campaign, and there will also be a preorder page for those who missed out on the Kickstarter completely.
